Can I prepay my prescription online?

We only accept payment at time of pickup/delivery. We do not currently accept online payments. We can save your credit card of file for you so that it can be charged anytime you pick your prescriptions, but this has to be done in person

How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?

Either stop by our location or call us to transfer prescriptions.

What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?

We will hold your prescription for seven days. After seven days, we will be happy to refill the prescription for you, upon request.

Can I pick up my mother’s prescription? What information do I need?

You must show proper identification and you must, according to HIPAA guidelines, be an authorized caregiver for the patient(s) whose prescriptions(s) you are picking up.

Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?

Yes, we support most major insurance companies.

Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?

Yes, we have trained Medicare Part D professionals on staff.

If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?

Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.

If I order my prescription now, when will it be ready for pickup?

When requesting a refill online, you will receive a confirmation which will include the estimated time your prescription will be ready.

How can I get my prescription(s) after hours?

You can reach us on the emergency after-hours hotline at (956) 701-3349, and we will gladly assist you in an emergency.

Can you deliver my prescriptions?

Yes, we will call you to schedule a delivery once we receive your request and your contact phone number. A $5 fee apply for less than 3 prescriptions.
